House System With School Cabinet Members
The extensive range of activities on offered, the School enables all our students to find something that they can excel in. In this way they come to an appreciation of their worth as individuals and gain the self esteem and self confidence which we always look forward to as exclusive hallmarks of our students.
The entire school community is divided into four Houses- Vidyasagar, Sahid Kshudiram, Sahid Matangini and Rani Shiromoni. Each house has a House Master /Mistress and Tutors to guide the students and to foster a spirit of leadership, co-operation, mutual understanding, tolerance and self-reliance among them. The students get an opportunity to participate in various Inter- House Competitions as well as competitions organized by various other reputed schools.
The house system begins at the Pre- Primary level and is carefully monitored at every stage and the details are recorded at every step. More than just a teacher, the tutor keeps an eye on his/her tutorial group. The House Master/Mistress and Tutors act as a link in the house system acting as friends, philosophers and guides.

Each House is headed by a student designated as House Captain. A member of the staff assisted by several other teachers act as the House Master/Mistress.
Points are awarded to the students and their respective houses throughout the year for their performance in extra-curricular activities, games and sports. Inter-House competitions are organised and trophies are awarded to Houses for performance in literary, cultural and sports activities. Every outstanding student is given a certificate for his/her performance in these competitions. At the end of the year the best house is awarded.
